After Abortion Support

Every woman's abortion experience is different.  Each is unique and there is no right or wrong way to feel.  Women feel a wide range of emotion from relief to regret; deep feelings of loss to no feelings at all.  Some women feel a variety of emotions - relief, anger, sadness, hope - all at the same time.  This can be overwhelming and confusing, but it's also normal.

Many women find it helpful to talk about their abortion, no matter how they feel.  A trained professional, a family member, a close friend, or the caring staff at Voice of Hope can be great support.  At Voice of Hope, we believe in showing love to all our clients, regardless of past or present situations.

Whether your abortion occurred yesterday or 40 years ago, we are here for you.  One thing that surprises many women is when post-abortive feelings pop up years later.

While we do not refer for or perform abortions, we believe in the healing and forgiving power of Jesus Christ.  We are here to listen to your abortion story and to offer help in the healing process.

Please
contact your local center to talk to a caring staff member.  We can also provide resources including a post-abortive Bible study, local in-person groups, and weekend retreats to help you on your path to healing.
